What is Animal Flow? 

Animal Flow is a ground based movements & exercises that help build strength, mobility, stability, endurance, conditioning & neuromuscular connection.

Metafit & MetaPWR

METAFIT: 30 min class – Some level of fitness would be recommended however beginners are still welcome. METAFIT is THE original HIIT training program & has been designed by one of the best in the business! If fat loss is your goal then this is the class for you. It is tough, fast, effective & it’s not choreographed but will burn fat & help you tone up. Class programs are consistently changed to keep you intrigued & guessing J Tell your friends & come enjoy us, beginners, regulars are all welcome & relevant modifications will be given to suit each & everyone of you.

METAPWR: 30 min class – You are sure to love this class as much as Metafit & this style of training is popular for a reason! This MIRT class is intense but created to help build power to help support your HIIT workouts. Some level of fitness would be recommended however beginners are still welcome. MetaPWR is different from Metafit, which is all body weight exercises, as we will now be including equipment - from battle ropes, slam balls, power bags & kettle bells. This program has been designed in a circuit style group class including plyo & ballistic movements. It is tough, fast paced, effective, will help build power & will also assist in getting that EPOC effect to burn fat & help you tone up. Class programs are consistently changed as they begin to release more programs each month.
