Welcome & thank you for taking the time to check out my website. I strongly believe in empowering women & girls to be extraordinary, so they can do extraordinary things!
Why is that important to me you may ask?
I am a Nyikina woman originally from Derby, a Mum to 3 beautiful girls, entrepreneur, lover of female wellness but most importantly I believe in a no BS approach - being real & raw.
As a Mum, FIFO wife & business woman I understand how overwhelming it can be to balance out day/day schedules while trying to prioritise your own wellbeing.

I have only ever broken 1 bone in my entire body, my little toe when I was in my early 20's playing beach volleyball
